Text filter does not work

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.35
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : crome

Good morning, I'm testing hikashop bussines for what concerns the filters, I created two filters, one for categories that contain the races and the other text that contains the bib number, I created a feature of the product where I enter the bib number in numerical form, but the filter does not work. I send you pictures of sattaggio. In the filter "start number" I also added other values but not tova nothing.

Hi,

Would it be possible to have more details about your products and the configuration of your menu ?
The filter point to a category listing menu ; but we have to be sure that you have a product listing module under the category menu.
If I load the page without any filter (with a fresh session), I can't see any product so I can't say if the filter is working or not because by default I can't see any product.

Thanks for the answer, I do not know if I did it right I created a menu with the products. If you want I can send user and passwor to check is only a test site. If you tell me how to send them to you in private sending.

You can send us some screenshot of your module configuration ; it will be a good start.
If we can't figure it out ; we might request some credentials (that you can send through the "contact us" page).

time ago I sent an email directly from the site with the access data, you see that they set them directly was just a matter of setting, missed some checks. On the site is missing the part where he explains how to set up the module, attach image

Hi,

Please don't post questions on both the contact form and the forum. Otherwise, different persons of the support team might look at different messages at different times. Then, we loose time because several people will reply several things to you and you will loose time too as each person looking at a message from you won't have all the information he needs to answer you correctly.

I've checked your website backend and fixed the issue today which was coming from the fact that you hadn't selected a products listing menu item in the "menu" option of your filters module.
