2 filters Questions

Hello.

I have 2 problem with filters.
1.- I have configured a categories dropdown filter. When I select a category in dropdown and aply filter, filter works properly, but if I want filter by other diferent category, when I open dropdown only show previous selected category, like you can see in atached image

What can I do to always see all categories in dropdown menu?


2.- When I click on "Limpiar" button. It reset all filters, but show all products.
Is there any way to hide products when reset filters?
What can I do to override "Limpiar" button in order to open a Joomla article?

Can you show me how did you configured your filter through some screenshots ?

To do that you'll have to directly edit the code of the reset filters button, which will require development skills.

Hello.
1.- We have a 5 filters (3 text and 2 singledropdown) that show through a joomla Hikashop Filtering Module (joomla_module.jpg) (IMPORTANT, all filters works properly).
This module is asigned to 2 diferent menús. One presentation menu called "Buscar" in which we show filters module and a short briefing instructions, and another one called "Resultados de la búsqueda" (ID 3901) in which we show filter application results. It is a Hikashop Product Listing type. You can see how is configured in:

• Main information = menu_main_info.jpg;
• Product Parameters = menu_prod_param.jpg;
• Div parameters = menu_div_param.jpg

This menu has asociated a div-product module which configuration could see in module_XXXX.jpg.
The singledropdown filters are configurated like you can see in filter_dropdown.jpg.
As you can see it have a category "Materias" with the subcategories that are shown in dropdown.

2.- Dont worry about development skills. Can you said me where is the code of "reset filters button"? Maybe if I change "onclick" behavior redirecting to our "Buscar" menu avoid the problem...
