Hikashop filtering module displays blank page

Hi,

I have this problem, on the page i've submitted: i've activated some filters for our shopping category "Libri (Books)" and i'd like to use them via the filter module (Hikashop Filtering Module), but the module displays a blank page whenever i hit the "Cerca (Filter)" button. Filters work correctly via the main filter displayed at the top of the page.
The module is only visible to Special users since the ecommerce is online and running. I've created an admin user so you can login and take a look. How can i send you the credentials?

I'd like to ask you a question: is there a way to "hide" the filters displayed at the top of the page? I'd like to use only the Hikashop filtering module on the right.

Thank you! Now i understand how the filter module works.
I've got another question: is there a way, when there are no results, to display a message in the page to alert the customer that the filtering process displayed no results?
