Group caracteristics in one for multi-filtering

Hi.
Here what I would like to do:
Have a "Feature" filter with the following options in checkbox format:

Adjustable Headrest in height
Folding headrest
LED: Yes
Chromed:Yes

Button "Submit ALL"

So if "LED : Yes" is not checked, then it`s a no, 0 or false

What I have done so far is made one characteristic per feature but what I don`t like is I have to submit individually each (so each time a new option is check, it submits).

I would like to group them in one so customers can click what they want then Submit.

The solution can be to use a dropdown filter and set the default value to NO

You can configure it like this by using a filter content module.
Also, don't forget to disable the "Submit on click" option of your filters.
