Set price filter dynamically

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3

Hi,
I have the same problem stated in the following post of forum.

What should I do?

We're not getting the error with the exact same settings.
Could you try again ?
Do you still have the error ?
Could you provide a backend access so that we could reproduce the issue ?

Hi,

Nicolas didn't understand your issue because when you got the error message, the inputs for the max and the min are filled with the previous values.
So when he tried, he put values in that fields, like in your screenshot.

The error message is normal because the cursor need these two values and the "dynamic display" does not assure that you will always have min and max prices.
I just create a ticket in order to improve that in the future ; I think that we can find a solution for that.

In fact, I don't have any problem with those fields. I want price cursor define price min and max dynamically.

Hi,

I've checked your website and I see that you commented out the getProductList call in the filter view file:
take.ms/Kr5kk
That line is absolutely necessary for the filter system to retrieve the min and max prices from the listing of products on the page in order to use them instead of the ones that you set in your filter.
So that's why it doesn't work.
