It looks like a "reset" issue with the filter which use an empty value instead of clearing the filter content.
Would it be possible to have a description to reproduce the issue in your website ?
We need to see the filter organisation in your page and if possible could have access to the SQL debug.
Thanks to that, we will be able to trace the source of the issue and create a patch.
