No products left after deleting filter

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.50
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.43
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Opera

After applying a filter, based on characteristics, the filter works well.
Unfortunately after deleting the filter, no products are left.
Does it sound familiar to someone and know how to solve this issue?

I don't have the same problems using filters based on other brand of price

Hi,

I don't know about such issue.

Can you try to turn on the "redirect POST mode" setting of the HikaShop configuration page and see if that helps ?

Could you also provide a screenshot of your characteristics filter settings page and one of your characteristic settings page ?

Hi,

I've checked your website and now the products are displayed back after reseting the color filter.
So it seems to be working.
Can you confirm ?

Cause of adding a reset button, yes.
But no products are shown when you add a color filter.
In the screenshot you can see the characteristics is added to the products

update: If i add a filter by brand first, the color filter works like a charm, but otherwise it shows no products. I am curious.

Hi,

It looks like a "reset" issue with the filter which use an empty value instead of clearing the filter content.
Would it be possible to have a description to reproduce the issue in your website ?
We need to see the filter organisation in your page and if possible could have access to the SQL debug.
Thanks to that, we will be able to trace the source of the issue and create a patch.

Could be a issue by reset button, but for what reason does it work after filtering by brand or sort first?

For me, it looks like an issue filtering by characteristics.

I am wondering what to do to solve this issue

If i select "merk" first. All filters work.
If i filter of the other filters firs. No results are shown and i need to reset the filter to continue.

I deleted the brand filter and add the filter by brand as a characteristic.
Now its works like a charm :-)
