No product on filtering products

Hello all,
I am facing problem in setting hikashop filter module working. Whenever I filter or reset, the form gets submitted and return with no products at all.

I have attached snaps of settings I have done. It seems ok for me but not getting desired output as needed.

I made it working earlier but now due to some changes it is not working and I am unable to figure out the changes I have done.

Hi,

In the module's settings, you have the id 1334 in the menu setting.
This means that when you use the module's filters, it will filter the products displayed by the menu item with the id 1334.
So that menu item has to display all your products by default if you then want the filters to search among them for the results.
So the problem probably comes from the settings of the menu item with the id 1334 which is not configured to display all the products by default. Could you check its settings via the Joomla menu manager ?

What you said is correct and I think I have also done that same thing. The menu on which that module is assigned has ID 1334 and that module is going to display on that menu only. But still it is not working. When I directly go to menu with ID 1334, it shows products list. I have attached the snapshot of menu id 1334, but still not getting what have I mistaken.

One thing I have noticed is that when I apply filter, its url changes from www.newroomstyle.co.uk/index.php/bedroom...sical-bedrooms-sets/ to www.newroomstyle.co.uk/index.php/bedroom...drooms-sets/category and second url doesn't show any product.

Hi,

I see two issues with the settings of your menu item:
- the "sub element filter" setting should be set to "all sub elements" and the "recently viewed" setting should be turned off.

If that doesn't help, can you try turning off the "force redirect" setting of the HikaShop filter module ? Does that help ?
