filter module not even work inside the backend

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : There is no error message, i have turned to maximum the error reporting and i cant see the problem, thats why i came to you guys!

Is really weird, when i try to creat a filter module, instead of the system taking me to the module, nothing happens, i mean, i return to the joomla module listing, like it some how, joomla cancel the order of creating the hikashop filter module.

Hope you can help me, i tried everything to solve this but i really have no clue at this point.
