Hi,

This probably means that the menu item of the id that you entered in the "menu" setting of the HikaShop filters module is restricted to English. You should enter in there a menu item of the type "products listing" which isn't limited to one language.

Hi,

Go in the Joomla menu manager and check the menu item with the id 137. It's language should also be set to "all".

Hi,

Then why did you configure an id for a menu item which doesn't exists in that option ?
That's why it doesn't work :)
You need to enter there the id of a menu item of the type HikaShop products listing as explained in the tooltip when you hover on the label of that option.

Hi,

I can't help without more precise information:
- a link to the page
- the test you're using
- a screenshot of the filter settings
would be a good start.

Hi,

The problem comes from that same "menu" option of your filter module.
As I said in a previous message of this thread, you need to enter here the id of a menu item of the type HikaShop products listing but looking at the situation on your website, it seems that you entered in it the id of a menu item of the type HikaShop categories listing.
Correct that and it should work.

Hi,

Go in your Joomla menus manager and look at your menu items listing. There, in the column at the right of the listing (which is titled ID) you'll find the id of each menu item on your website.
Just get the id of a products listing menu item which is configured to display all your products. And if you don't have one (there is one created by default by HikaShop and called "Products listing") you can always create a new one.

Hi,

You need to enter the id of a menu item associated with all the languages of your website.
Then, you can translate the title of that menu item via Falang instead of duplicating the menu items in the Joomla menu manager.

Hi, Nikolas :)
I note, because it happens only with module filter, in normal hikashop filter, which is included in category no any problems, everything work fine:)
We will use only this filter, :) Problem is solved :)
