It's possible with the HikaShop filtering system which is included in the Business edition:

When you purchase the Business edition, you get with it 1 year of support included. After that, if you want to renew your subscription to support and access to new versions of HikaShop, it costs 60€ for one more year. HikaShop Business will still work if you don't renew.

Either is fine. It can be used for several websites.
However if you want them to continue updating their HikaShop on their websites on their own later, you'll want them to purchase the subscription for them.
