Hello,

My price filter somehow does not use the correct values. The filter adds 19% vat on top of my prices. The prices do already include the vat, so it is not needed to add it once again.

Is this desired behaviour? Is there any chance to change this?

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

How did you configure the settings of the Taxes section of the HikaShop configuration ?
If you activated the "Floating tax prices" setting, I can see that you would get that behavior as that setting isn't taken into account by the filter system.
Would that be the case ?

Yes exactly this is my setting. Is there any solution for this? Or is it possible to convert the courser to 2 textfields where I can set the min and max range for the price?

Hi,

I've added a patch in order to handle that properly.
Please download the install package again on our website and install it on yours and that will add the patch and it should work properly.

Hello Nicolas,

thank you for the fix. The filter shows the correct values but there is still a number format issue. It uses the "." instead of "," as decimal seperator and it cuts off the last 0. Instead of 9,90 it shows 9.9

Besides this I discovered that the cursor for pricerange is not really usefull for wide ranges and small steps ( especially on small sceens).

Is it possible to convert the courser to 2 textfields where I can set the min and max range for the price?

Thank you for your help!

Hi,

Then I would recommend you to make it a dropdown and enter the steps you want. The system will then calculate the different ranges so that the customer can select one mong them (or a checkbox or multiple dropdown if you want the customer to be able to select several ranges are the same time).
