-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2
-- Joomla version -- : 4.3.5
-- PHP version -- : 7.0
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : any
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : 404

When we created a filter to help users find products, the filtered results do not show as the the URL is re written to an incorrect URL after you click on the filter. all of a sudden the URL gets re written from
www.xxxxxxxx.xx/products
to
www.xxxxxxxx.xx/component/hikashop/product/listing?Itemid=0

component/hikashop/ seems to be added if I remove this the filters work. I can not seem to locate this switch and or link anywhere.

Hello,

How is configured your filter module ?
Because if you do not provide it a target menu , it is logical that the final URL won't be rightful SEF since there is no menu (0 as the Itemid).

Hi,

As Jerome pointed out, this must come from the way you configured your filter module via the Joomla modules manager.
If you have the "force redirect" setting activated there, or that you're not on a product listing page, the module will redirect to a products listing with the current menu item being the one with the id entered in the menu item setting of your module. Looking at your redirect URL, it indicates that you have 0 or nothing entered in that setting and that's why you get that URL.
So please configure your filter module properly and it should work fine.
