Filters missing from module

Hello!

i have some filters in a few pages that work correctly, the problem is that in one certain page no filters are displayed at all and i can't figure out why, i was hoping maybe you can help me out!

I have done everything i m supposed to, create custom fields, then filters, then assign them to the module etc and it works for every other page except the one. I will send you credentials if you need to check for yourself.
