Hello,

I am trying to set up a cursor for price filtering. Unfortunately, I also see only label and price range, but no cursor.

Please, could you kindly check it?

Also, I am sending you my configuration of that filter:

Thank you in advance for any help!

Hello,

I reproduce your configuration, and on my side everything works as expected, so there something different on your website that maybe leads to this issue :
- Can you process some tests with a default template like ProtoStar ?
If that solve you issue, it's up to your template and you have to contact your template creator support.
- I see that you use the HikaShop Style.css, this css file is quite old and sometime nowadays may leads to display issue
=> Try to remove it to see if that's linked to your current issue, if yes that will give some clues to get the root issue.

Awaiting news from you to move forward on this subject.
Regards

Hello Philip,

I tried to remove temporarily hikashop.css style. Did you mean this? I haven't found another css from hikashop.

I also tried default template ProtoStar and the result is exactly the same.

You can see here on bottom:

Any other ideas, please?

Hi,

The issue is that you set the "frontend CSS" setting of HikaShop to "none" instead of "default".
Because of that, a big part of the CSS of HikaShop is not present, including the CSS used to style the slider used for the cursor filters.
So you need to take the CSS from the default frontend CSS of HikaShop for the slider and add it to your template CSS, or you need to use the default frontend CSS of HikaShop.

Hello Nicolas!

Exactly! Copying lines related with cursor, ui-slide, etc.. resolved my problem!

Thank you again very much!¨
