Hello,

Using Hikashop Filter module on the homepage, but a search on word 'venetian' and the searchresult is 0 products. There is a product with this in the title: /nl/webshop/aanstekers/product/zippo-spectrum-venetian/category_pathway-326 so it should be found (but it looks like always the result =0).

On the category there you see also the searchbar /nl/webshop/aanstekers/categorie/zippo-aanstekers?limitstart=0&filter_Naam_11=&filter_Prijs_8=0&filter_Prijs_8_values=&filter_Sorteren_9=none Here it's working...

What i'am missing for the searchbar on the homepage (just above the footer).

Regards Michel

Hi,

In the settings of your module, you have one named "menu". In there, you need to provide the id of a menu item configured to list all your products.
When the filters of the module are used on a page which isn't a products listing, the module will then use the menu item for the filtering.

Hello,

The menu-item was allready configured in this way. It should be something else.

Hi,

I can see that you've configured the menu setting of your filter in order to use the menu item with the alias "resultaat".
However, if I access that menu item directly, without any filters, it doesn't display any products.
If that menu item was configured properly, then it should display all of the products of your shop in one listing when no filters are applied.
So that means there is definitely something wrong with the settings of this menu item and I don't think the problem is something else.
Please provide screenshots of the settings of this menu item.

Hi,

I think the problem is the "sub element filter" setting. You want to set it to "all sub elements".
