HikaAuction email system

Once HikaAuction is installed I can see that sytem emails are disabled. How emails for HikaAuction should be setup to send them to bidders, and how message can be customized?

You'll find HikaAuction emails via "Hikashop->System->Emails" where you'll be able to directly customize them through the business version of Hikashop.

Thank you for your response, yes we have latest business version of HIKA and looking for action messages we see that html sending option is disabled and we can not see where the text can be changed inside html code.
Also we are trying to set up text version of the message but all text intrododuced in "text version" can not be saved.

Note that If you just want to change the text of your Auction emails, the solution will be to edit the good translation key through your translation file via "HikaAuction->Configuration->Languages" :

Thank you for your help, yes this will work for us, changing translation text is fine, thank you.

We are testing HikaAuction component, all auction messages are published however email system for HikaAuction does not send any message to bidders. Our hikashop email system works, clients get messages when purchasing products but in case of auction component it does not work.

If I compare messages for hikashop and hikaauction I see that plain text field is empty in hikaauction, preload text isn´t copied to this field, and even if you can write text inside of text filed it will not save.

Can you check if :
- Your auction emails are correctly published via "Hikashop->System->Emails"
- An email is sent if you outbid one of your customers bid on an auction.

Yes, all Hika Auction emails are published inside of the hikashop system, hikashop send emails but not for HikaAuction.
No, we tried with 3 bidders and nobody get any message of outbid of any kind. When auction finish no body get any message either for finished auction or winner anoucement.

Hello Jerzy,
If your Hikashop emails are correctly sent but not your HikaAuction emails, your issue is probably coming from your cron (HikaAuction use the cron to correctly send emails).
You should check that your cron is correctly working :
