Hi
Having installed the latest Business Version of the shop, I've noticed that the module "Categories listing on 2/1 levels" is not included.

As this is exactly what I need, can you tell me where I can get it?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I'm afraid that I don't understand what you're talking about.

Very simple - according to your demo site there is a "Categories listing on 2/1 levels" module included in the package.
See here : https://demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/hikashop/categories-listing

I would like to have that module as well.

Hi,

There is no such module. What you're referring to is an instance of the module "HikaShop content module" called like that and configured to display categories like that.
I've never seen a HikaShop installed without that module installed with it unless the user had uninstalled that module himself.
You can configure it by creating a new module instance via the "new" button of the Joomla modules manager and selecting the type "HikaShop content module". If you configure it the same way as on our demo website, you can get it to display similarily.
We actually have a tutorial explaining how to configure modules, menus, etc :

Ok - thanks.

I have carefully studied the documentation you suggest, but this does not explain how to create the module so that the clicking categories slides open (or shut) the subcategories.

I have spent several hours trying all sorts of combinations without success. I have attached an image of the current settings, which shows on the site I'm working on here.the site I'm working on here

I would be grateful if I could be shown exactly what configuration I need to do to get the same effect as on your demo site, described as the "Categories listing on 2/1 levels".

Thanks for your help

Hi

I don't know what that link does, but when I clicked it, all images in my chrome browser were permanently disabled and I had to spend a couple of hours resetting everything including reinstalling chrome.

Not a good experience!

Hi,

That link just displays an image. It cannot disable the images of your chrome browser.
So your problem is elsewhere.

You can use that link to directly download the image: api.monosnap.com/rpc/file/download?id=yt...n7YY&type=attachment
