Hello,

I am just starting to use HiksShop and HikaSubscription but I'm running into a few problems and I wonder if someone could help me?

I have created a Plan and a product with a 1 year subscription but when a test user buys one, we see the purchase order and the subscription but the subscription's status is Closed and the start and end date fields are blank.

Please can you tell me when I am going wrong?

Thank you.

Andy.

Hello,

Please be sure that your test order is "confirmed" and have an invoice number.
HikaSubscription create the subscription on the order creation but that subscription become "active" only when the payment of the order is confirmed.
If you do use a manual payment method for the test such as "collect on delivery", you need to open the order in the HIkaShop backend and, in the order detail page, change its status.

Hello Jerome,

Thank you for your reply.

I've just created another test order. I've checked and the order is confirmed but the subscription is cancelled.

Is it significant that the price is £0.00 for this?

I have tried changing the order's status to shipped but the subscription was already cancelled and didn't change.

Cheers,

Andy.

Hello,

Would it be possible to have more details regarding your HikaSubscription configuration and the details of the subcription in the backend ?

Sorry for not getting back here sooner.

I found the cause of the problem. It was that I was setting the subscription as "Create". When I changed it to "create and renew", it all started working.
