subscription setup with fixed rate and seats

Hi, I was wondering if I can set up a subscription like this with Hika.

My plan consists of a first time purchase setup fee and a running setup fee (for first purchase and renewals) plus a certain number of seats at $2 selected by the customer.

Maybe this table illustrates my subscription plan better.

Additionally the plan must automatically renew each month, meaning a pdf invoice must be send to the customer 5 days before expiration so they could cancel before the auto renewal happens.

No, it is mandatory, not optional.

It needs to be 1 product -> select number of seats -> one page checkout. I cannot set up some twisted links to other products, no customer will go through that maze or even understand it. Hence I presume this is not possible with Hika, thanks anyway.
