I am setting up a new installation, I noticed in the changelog that I should be able to migrate products, categories, users, addresses, orders, coupons, discounts. Which if I read this right is basically migrate my existing Opencart store to Hika, however the only import function I have been able to find is products.

I have searched this site everywhere I can think of and can find no documentation on how to do this. Can you point me in the right direction?

Hi,

Here is the documentation about that:
www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...op-import.html#other
You'll be able to do the import via the menu Products>Import.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, the import products is actually an import everything, history, customers and all?

The import from CSV and import from Textarea will only import products and categories.

But the import from OpenCart and other shopping carts will import as much as possible (orders, users, addresses, products, categories, prices, etc).

Hi,

1. the import from CSV and import from text area are basically the same. In one case you give the CSV file with the CSV data in it, in the other you directly give the CSV data in the text area.

3. The import from other shopping carts should support roughly the same things. The most tested is the import from VirtueMart.
