CSV Template

Can I please get an csv template to upload products into hikashop. I need the following columns .
Product Name , Product Code , Product Image( how do this : upload the product image to server fia FTP , and link the URL of the product image in the csv file ) , Product Options , Product Categories , product File for download .

Note that the best solution will probably be to :
- Create some products manually
- Export your products through a CSV files
- Add your products through that CSV file
- Import your CSV file back.
