Hi,

I want to use the export path in massaction service but the csv doesn't be saved. If the path is empty, a window pops up to save it locally...so far so good...the file is created.

I tried an absolute path (/media) and a relative path (media) but there is no file. Also I don't get an error message. Where to find the exports?

Hi,

You indeed have to set an absolute path, but from the root folder of the server.
For example on a Linux server the path will be something like: /var/www/public_html/media/

And in the path you must specify the file name, so what need to be entered is something like:
/var/www/public_html/media/myexport.csv
