Can not import characteristics

I import this cvs (export from hikashop, same version) but not found column. Please help me!

Please give us more details about your issue.

Do you think there is missing columns in your csv file, or you have an error message displayed ?
If it is an error message please give us this error message.

In the csv file, I see that the characteristic name have an encoding issue, maybe coming from my Excel settings, but the values are filled for the products.

In CVS, I think the last 8 columns are the parameter of my product characteristics. But it's not import to my page.
About image, I set up the hikashop product folder the same as on the origin website, but it use the default image (in case of have not images yet). How to import this?

The best solution will probably be to manually create your product with its variants, export it through a CSV file, and then import all your products following that model on the CSV file.

And I import to new website, but all of product characteristics cannot import,

As I said in a previous post, it seems to be an encoding issue, or a translation one.
For example, do you have a characteristic named "Độ cứng" ?
If it's not the characteristic name, so in the csv file you just have to edit the column header to replace "Độ cứng" by the correct characteristic name.
