Orders export not working

Hello,
we have problem with exporting orders from HikaShop. Last week it worked without problems and suddenly today it stopped. When I click on the icon "Export", after 2 seconds I receive blank screen and nothing happen. Another export (users) is working without problems. Do you have any idea what went wrong? Thank you.

Hi,

You should check your PHP error log in order to see if you got a PHP fatal error.
Setting the "error report level" to "maximum" in the Joomla global configuration might also help you to display the error in the page directly.

You might also see to update HikaShop to a more recent version, the 2.2.1 has been release more than one year and an half.

Hello Jerome, thanks for your reply.
With maximum report level I received message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 50331648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1372340 bytes) in /nfsmnt/hosting2_2/2/2/2262dca1-c3ae-4aaf-94e3-1bf96b3c1e9d/lienocka.sk/web/administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/spreadsheet.php on line 104

With debug mode enabled I received:
500 - An error has occurred.
JDatabaseMySQLi::query: 1054 - Unknown column 'a.all' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT * FROM galiva932_hikashop_field as a WHERE a.`field_published` = 1 AND a.`all`=1 AND a.field_table='order' ORDER BY a.`field_ordering` ASC


I will upgrade to more recent version ASAP, but I am affraid about consequences of upgrade in my hikashop settings...
Right now I need to solve this error, because we are using orders export frequently. Thank you very much.

Hi,

It looks like a memory limit issue.
Try to increase the memory limit parameter of your php.ini and try again.

Thank you Nicolas, I increased the memory from 48MB to 128MB and the export is working again.
