Do you have an example of a CSV file, that is properly formatted, and contains all the fields necessary for import? This would help me to properly prepare my CSV file.

Thank you

Hi,

@bw92116 : Sure !
Just perform a CSV export and you will have you perfect sample according to your configuration and custom fields.
It is the best way to have the right CSV for your current website.

So to clarify, for Import, does Hikashop prefer the CSV file with:

Field delimiter ;
Text delimiter "

And if there is no data for a field, is it better to have
;;
or to have
;"";

? Thank you

Hi,

When there is no data, you can use ;; or ;"";
HikaShop will handle them both but for human eye, I will recommend you ;""; (it is easier to count the number of columns).
