Import error after 16 records

When running a product import from a CSV file the first 16 rows import normally and then the error message appears for each of the next 16 lines and no more lines are imported after the first 16 records.

I have tried changing the content of the CSV file and the file still uploads the first 16 records ok and then errors. So it is not a problem with the content.

I have checked the size of the upload file and it is small 38kb so it is not an issue with the maximum file upload size set by the Host.

Is there an upload limit that can be set within Hikashop somewhere?

No there is no restrictions like that. Please give us one of the csv file used to test it on our end.
This will allow us to have more informations.

That fixed it.

Awesome Thankyou. The problem was to do with empty fields at the end of the line after 16 rows.
