Batch category change or assign specific category if csv is empty

Hi,

I was wondering... During import most products have a category assigned, and import works fine for them...
But...
If there are records where the category is missing, is it possible to assign those records to another standard category ( like : missing for example) and not to the root category?

OR

Is it possible to batch multiple products in the backend to a specific category in the product overview?

Reason why :
The import will be an automatic process after testing, so we cannot change the csv manually each time. Please share your ideas on this....
