-- HikaShop version -- : 401
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9
-- PHP version -- : 7.1

Hello. good day.
Regarding Joomla! Support from Hijri Shamsi date, is it possible to use this date in all parts of the Backend and Frontend of Hikashop? Especially in the reporting section. in all part and in Report and in EXPORT file's.
and if not!
Will the next version of Hijri Shamsi be supported?
Hikashop has now many users who need a Hijri Shamsi date.
Thanks.

Hi,

The exports I got from the report system already had the dates with the Hijri Shamsi date format support as far as I can see.
I found that the graphs displayed didn't support it yet. I've added a modification for that for the next version.

If you could provide precise instructions on where to find dates displayed with an issue, we would be able to better look into it.

The parts that do not work in Hijri Shams' history are as follows:
1- Download section in user profile
2- Creating copon codes and sale after editing and re-storing.
3. Reports and Chart Completely
4-Export files Which is, of course, completely in Persian and none of the columns are displayed correctly.

Hi,

1-3. We've made some changes on our end for the next version regarding that.
But we would need much more details on what are the problems where as we're not familiar with that calendar and can't read anything. So it's like trying to find something while it's completely black and you don't see anything.
4. There are many exports in HikaShop so first I don't know which one you're talking about. Also, all the exports I tried with fa-IR worked fine. So we would need much more details to be able to understand what is your issue with the exports.

Hi
re.1-3 : Did you mean that I can better find these problems while having ambiguity for you?
re.4 : I am trying again and attaching the problem in the event of failure of the output.
Thank you very much for the needs of users.

Hello
I have attached a sample output report for Persian. Before downloading, I set the report settings to utf8.

I also included some images from the report page and a discount code.

Hi,

I see the error in the CSV you provided, but I'm not able to reproduce it.
If you generated it using the "export" button of a report, could you provide a screenshot of all the settings of that report ?
If you generated it differently (with a mass action for example), could you provide the necessary information to reproduce the issue (screenshot of the mass action setting for example).

Regarding the date selectors in the discount edition and report edition, I don't see what is wrong.
Please understand that I can't read persian and I don't know how the Hijri Shamsi calendar works, so I'm a little lost.
Could you provide more information? What should be displayed there ?

Hello.
Yes! Sure.
I think about the discount code with the image I have attached and the description on the image so you can see what the problem is.
There are two problems with the reporting section.
1- In the charts, the date is displayed in AD. (Not Farsi)
2- In the settings section of the report, there is a Persian date, but it is displayed incorrectly. (Like discount code)

But let's put everything in CSV in the next post.
