After updating to Hika 2.01 Im having 2 issues with the "Product successfully added to the cart" pop up window.

1 - After just a couple of seconds the frame brakes and the pop up expand to take up the whole page (see image)

2 - The "continue shopping" button wont work. I went to the setup and added a costume URL but still didnt work.

I searched your forum for a solution before posting but could not find any posting that would help me with this issue.

Thanks

Well the website is not open. I also experience additional problems.

1 - Even though I had the layout to be 4 columns all the links reset to a 1 column layout.

2 - at the checkout the last section that summarizes the transactions brakes the layout of the div.

I went back to 1.6 and everything is fine. I will install the site on another server and reproduce the problems at a later time so you can see it.

You have maybe a missing column in you SQL database. Try to set the Joomla reporting to maximum and enable the debug mode to see if any errors are returned.

I continue to have the same problem. Popups generated by hikashop brake the frame and take over the whole window. (see attached image). The problem in the enclosed image occurs when I click on the "New" button for costumers to add a new address in the check out process.

I really need help with this issue because it will drive costumers away once I open the shop.

This is actually on a different server and a different domain (I changed the domain attached to my subscription)
:(

Hi,

Do you use Joomla 3.0 ?
Did you activated the "use bootstrap design" in the HikaShop configuration ?

Does your template has mootools and "modal.js" libraries activated ?

HikaShop does not have his own popup system, we use the Joomla one.
So, if our popups does not show up correctly, it means that :
- The modal.js library is not included in your page.
- There is some javascript error in the page which make that the modal.js library is not initialized
- Some other possibilities with less probabilities.

Hello Jerome, thanks for your help.

I'm using 2.5.9

Yes mootools and "modal.js" libraries are activated and called by the template. The modal.js is in the media/system folder and its the original one.

I do not think is a particular page because it has happen in different pages.

Still have the problem and still can not find a solution.

A test that I did was to load up a link to an image in one of the product text fields with the class "modal" and that works just fine without braking the frame..... so I feel it has to do with Hikashop

Problem Solved.

If anyone is having the same issue of popup windows braking frames, my problem was the plugin "system anticopy". I had the "framing disallowed" option on......duh!
