Are the orders confirmed ?
If yes, then it means that there is an issue with the sending of the confirmation emails. I would recommend to check the email settings of the HikaShop configuration with your hosting company in that case.
If no, then it means that HikaShop is not receiving the payment notifications from your payment gateway. We have a FAQ which lists all the possible causes of such issue here:

I invite you to review all the points listed there in order to find the problem.
