Why do I get these obtuse errors (I have no idea what they mean, so I can't try to reslove this.):
Add, I have HikaShop UPS shipping plugin installed so why does it say "no shipping method".

Hi,

It says no shipping methods found because the UPS plugin didn't return any shipping methods because something is not configured properly in your UPS plugin or you didn't enter weight/dimensions in your product. Please check your UPS plugin configuration with UPS support and they should be able to tell you what you're missing.

I am totally lost.

Here is what I want to do. I want to assign a set price for shipping for some products. After days of
trying different things, I cannot figure this out. I thought buying the business version might help
but it is just as confusing as the before. I have tried to follow any instructions I can find, but
this is a huge hole in your product. It produces uses error codes with no idea where to look for
problems. I searched the web and your site for a step by step shipping tutorial, but could not find anything.
Your FAQ is so terse I have no idea what you are talking about.

I have a weight and dimensions for the product. If I leave these unset, I don't get an error, but I don't
still don't have any shipping information, it says "free"

You mean UPS the company? I thought your company made this product. Now I am totally confused.

Hi,

The error code doesn't come from HikaShop. It's an error code from UPS. And I completely agree with you that their error messages are really cryptic. I invite you to contact UPS support to complain that their error messages are not descriptive enough if you want.
We indeed developed HikaShop and the UPS plugin, but we didn't develop the web service of UPS which calculates the UPS shipping rates. And if the web service of UPS returns an error code 10002 (which is the case here) it means that there is an error with the way you configure the UPS plugin or with your UPS account.
For example: www.hikashop.com/forum/4-how-to/28157-er...ror-10002-docum.html Here the user didn't enter a UPS account in the fields of the UPS plugin and thus the UPS web service refused the rates request.
That's why I'm telling you to check with UPS as it could even not come from the configuration of the UPS plugin you entered, but something in your UPS account (for example, if the shipper account option is not activated in it).

It's not that I don't want to answer you, it's just that I can't tell you precisely what is wrong with the way you configured the UPS plugin or your UPS account since I don't have the information on my end.
For example, if you entered a wrong password in the UPS plugin, I can't know it, but UPS support can.
That's why I told you to contact the UPS support.
