ReCaptcha not on some pages

I installed the Hikashop ReCaptha plugin, it works fine in the registration, and even the Joomla contact
page, however, when I click on "Forgot your password?" or "Forgot your username?"
It comes back with:

Captcha plugin not set or not found. Please contact a site administrator

and no captcha on for the page (asks for email). If I enter an email,
it just returns a white screen.

Thanks to check if you have not enabled a third plugin for the recaptcha.
Because it seems to be present twice in the joomla registration form.
