Hi,
When you are in the checkout, you see the billing address.
Under the "shipping address" there is a checkbox, which I guess, should be checked.
This checkbox say that the shipping address is the same than the billing address.
Just uncheck it and you will be able to select a different shipping address, create a new address etc.
