Hi,
I'm trying to use the product copy function, but each time I copy a product, it makes 2 copies. They both have the same code number?
If I deleat one, it deleats them both.
Hope someone can help.

Hi,

We cannot reproduce the problem on our end. Are you sure that it's not because you're displaying both variants and main products on the listing ?
Or just a display bug ?
Can you do a screenshot ?

Thanks for your reply.
The 'Products' view show 30 products. The 'Variants' view shows no produsts. The 'all' view shows 48 products.
If I sort the view by 'Code' for example, all the views only show 30 products?

I can't see any product code being twice on your screenshots.
Can you do a screenshot with the issue please ?

Here is a close ip of the 'all' selection:

In that case, the products are not twice on your website. They are twice on that product listing because you're displaying all the products of all the categories and that you have these products in several sub categories.
But if you check on your frontend, you won't see them twice. In fact, you won't see them twice in the database.
It's just on that listing because of the way the element filter is set and that the products are in several categories.
