Hi

My shop works great in Firefox and Chrome - but in I.E. when you choose another characteristic than the default one, then the product image disappears! - I have searched for similar topics but can't find it and I have also tried to put and image into one of the other variations but with no luck.

What could fix this?

Thanks for a super shop.

Best regards

Mads

Hi,

For most I know, this problem in IE is linked to a HTML DOM error.
While checking your HTML content in Firefox, I see that there is too much "</div>" (4 to be exact).

Other browser repair dynamically the DOM while processing the page. IE does not really repair it, so when the DOM is broken and IE try to edit the content dynamically (like changing the content of the image block), it generates an empty block instead.

Please check your template and your page content.

Hi,

I use the classical source-code viewer in Firefox (I am using the "Aurora" version which is Firefox 25, but I guess that Firefox 22 have the same result).

Hi,

Sorry, I can't tell you more. We can't know with just the source code which elements generate the code.
So it could be a plugin, a module or your template which have HTML errors (closing DIV without his "opening brother").

Firefox unlighted me the "alone" tags but it does not means that these tags are the problem. It is possible that another tags close the wrong one and so the unlighted tag, which is after the wrong one is at this moment "alone".
Hope I am clear enough.

Sorry for my delayed answer, but thanks for your reply - I'll have somebody with more code experience look into this.

Best regards
