Problems with Customer Registration

Hi There,

So what I've done, I've edited the Joomla Login module so that it links to a Hikashop registration page. If you got to www.craftkeg.com/ and click on 'Create an account' you'll then be taken to the registration page.

Now I have 3 problems,

1: "Are you over 18?" is already pre-ticked, is there a way to have that be blank as default.

2: After registering, it says it has sent a confirmation email with a link needed to activate the account. However, it seems the user is already registered at that point and can use the site freely.

3: After clicking the link, it logs me into the site but to a page that says "The checkout is empty" or something along those lines, which doesn't make sense as they haven't ordered anything yet!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

and after abit of testing I've found that even after pressing the link it doesn't always validate the account either!
