Installing HikaShop - Error Archive does not exist

I have bought the business edition, downloaded and then attempted to upload and install the hikashop to my site www.thecvwritingcompany.com however when ever I try to install it I get this message :( Please help

Hi,

There are three main possibilities:
- You are using the zip file but you have an upload limitation on your server which is set to 2MB
- You are using the tar.gz file but unfortunately your server does not handle this archive type.
- You have a write permission error.

At this moment you can try the other archive type (that you can download in the "your subscription" page).
You can also you the installation by FTP as describe in our documentation.

I have used FTP to put the file in /tmp/hika however when I try to install from directory i get this message?

Error
Please enter a package directory

It means that the folder path that you entered in the directory field of the installer is not correct. Please make sure that you enter the full absolute path of the folder where you uploaded the files of the package and it will work.
