cart incorrect information

Hi,
backed-issue.
Some customer we have to follow via the cart information when they don't complete a order.
But in the "cart" is all information not trustful. 1. When we click the pensil for user whe become the info of a other customer. 2. when we click the pensil of the "product list" products are not correct and prices are € 0,00

I have looked in the hika demo back-end and there all works fine.

Hi Marius,

I'm sorry but I didn't fully understand your problem.
Are you facing troubles with the order edition in the backend? For example you can't edit the user profile or add a product?
If so, you should first of all check that you don't have edited the view in Display>Views (check that you don't have a small trash can on the right side for "order" views.
You should also try to clean your browser cache or try the same thing with another user.

sorry, not of all. Here two pictures of the cart in the front-end and in the backend. They don't match.
also the user information from the control button in the backend cart is from another user/person.

we didn't change the order view.

I've never seen this before. Did you edited any Hikashop file?
Could you try to reinstall Hikashop entirely?
Also, Could you give me the details of your product? Because it seems that one of the price is repeated for a different product.

We didn't have the problems with the test copie running on a subdomain, so we did follow your advise and reïnstall Hikashop Business 2.2.1 (latest of today)
I think the last update was not correct on the server. We did no file changes.

After a couple of test its seems working fine now. see image, details and prices are correct.
