Can not install hikashop free starter version

-- url of the page with the problem -- : mywebsite.com/mypage
-- HikaShop version -- :com_hikashop_starter_2.2.1_2013-09-14.tar
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5 and 3.0
-- PHP version -- : x.x.x
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : XXXXX x.x.x
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

i tried to install hikashop free starter version on joomla 2.5 and 3.1.but i couldn't.i tried in both joomla versions.
this error message is given. mith3 is my folder.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\mith3\libraries\joomla\archive\tar.php on line 187

Hi,

Please check our documentation about Installation error.
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...-install.html#errors

You can try to install the zip format (in the "your subscriptions" page, this version of HikaShop starter will be available) or you can try the install by FTP.
It looks like your server have some trouble to extract files from the "tar.gz" archive.
