What cache settings or components can I setup?

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.13
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.x
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.x


I need to improve the performance of my site. I want to enable caching for my "Catalog Mode only" site.

What settings of cache can I enable safely?
Does anybody has a recommendation for third party cache components?

If you don't have any cart handling on the frontend, you can use the default cache of Joomla and turn it on for all your website:
www.theartofjoomla.com/joomla-caching-explained.html
