It is quite complicated for people who can't read text to find something (add a product in the cart to access to the checkout).
Without accessing to this page, I can't make any speculation except wrong translation or CSS problem.
If you set an article for the terms, HikaShop will display the link as a modal link (because it open a popup). If your template is not compatible with Joomla Squeezbox system, it is possible that the link is display otherwise in the page, like if the link itself was a popup (and not link which open a popup).
But at this moment you should have similar problem with the address edit buttons.

Well, without seeing anything.. it is just speculations.

Hi,

1. This is because of your template. Change .modal{ to div.modal{ in the CSS of your template and that will fix the issue.

2. You can add payment methods via the menu System>Payment methods.

3. You're missing the new translations of HikaShop. You probably didn't update your translation file after you updated HikaShop. You can do that via the Languages tab of the configuration by clicking on the "load latest version from server" button when you edit your language.

2. Then you didn't configure it properly. Please do a screenshot of the options of your payment method.

3. You should add your translation overrides in the override area of the translation and not change it directly. For more information, see our documentation on modifying the translations with overrides:
