Add to cart buttons not working in first instance

It's weird you click add to cart and the cart does not update, If you then refresh the cart updates anyone else get this. It's only happened since upgrading to the latest version.

It's maybe a cache issue, thansk to try to disable the Joomla cache, and clear it. You have to disable it in the joomla config, and unpublish the cache plugin.

That's great that I now have the cart working again. But.....

Caching is great for the site speed! Where do we go from here?
The cart was working before I upgraded is there somethig that's changed that stops Hika working with Joomla Caching how do I get both to work together
