how to remove serial from web address

hi i want to know how to remove serials in hikashop products web addresses ?
Means i want this link
www.mywebsite.com/shop/product/ 1910-product-name
to be like this
www.mywebsite.com/shop/product/product-name

how to do that ?

Hi,

It is not possible with the SEF system.
You can do it but you will have to create all links using menus.
Because the name which is display is not unique, you could have several products with the same url. That's why it's not possible and it needs a unique data : the product id.
