Option information button issue

I have an issue with the option information button:

• When I enter text in the Option description and nothing in the url field the Option button appears, mouse over shows the description but onclick does not action the pop up iframe
• When I enter text in the Option description the Option button appears, mouse over shows the description but onclick does not action the pop up iframe
• when i enter a url in the url field the option information button does not appear by the option menu but in a closed pop up as shown in attached picture bellow[
  /li]
