add to cart and product page not usable

Recently the "add to cart" function has not been working on my site. Assuming I just needed an upgrade, I updated to HikaShop 2.2.2, and things did not get better. The product page now returns a blank page with a title of "Error: 1146". The behaviours mentioned here seem to be consistent across browsers.

This is my site: www.indiana.edu/~iulc/available-titles . I'm running Joomla 3.0.3 on PHP 5.3.26.

Also, the administrator backend has been displaying oddly for some time. See attached screenshot.

Also, when users try to update their passwords at extensions/components/users-component/user-profile/profile?layout=edit , the following error occurs:
"Profile could not be saved: Table 'joomla.az7bd_hikashop_massaction' doesn't exist"

The table indeed does not exist, but the prefix az7bd is correct for my database.

Menu position : As you might have already seen, HikaShop does not use the standard joomla menu interface. We decided to do our own interface in order to handle an additional level of menus so that you can easily reach any functionality of the HikaShop backend. Our custom menu is added under the title of the page by default on 2.5 and below but some backend templates have a reduced size for this area, thus hiding the menu. So you have here the possibility to add the HikaShop menu above the main area where you should not have such issues. If you upgrade from 1.5 or 2.5 to 3.0 or above, you will have to turn off that option after the update.


For the mass-action problem, I think that you had a problem during the update.
The mass_action table have to exist, in all Hikashop editions.
