Vote Count

I have noticed that the vote count is not decrementing when an published comment is deleted (or unpublished) in the back end.

As a result on my site some of the products indicate that there are a higher number of votes than are being displayed.

Is this a known issue and in the meantime Is there an easy way to reset the vote counter per product (or will I have to resort to phpMyadmin)?

Hi,

We don't had any reports about that, the system manage the count when unpublishing od deleting the vote through the vote interface.
To reset the scores or edit them, you can use the mass actions (System > Mass action) and reset the fields " product_average_score" and "product_total_vote" in the data "product".
