Problem when transferring site from host

Hey there!

I'm experiencing some problems after moving a site from one host to another. We have made the backup with Akeeba Backup and transferred everything to a new domain/hosting.

Now, the Hikashop module dashboard shows blank. Everything else is working fine but the Hijashop module. Attached a screenshot.

Hi,

I do not know which HikaShop version you are using but the problem is that, there is a "JavaScript check" button at the top right of your page and that's not something added by HikaShop.
The icon at the top left is not the HikaShop logo, so I don't think that the page is the HikaShop dashboard ; or you had modified the core files to put some customization.

Hey there!

We have transferred the site as it is... the source files are exactly the same... is there a way we can fix this?

Any news on this? I'll have to bump this thread. We have move the file as they are... we haven't touched anything. If we download the latest version of Hikashop and overwrite the files on our site with those, do we risk losing products?
