Characteristics issue

Hi .. i cannot add/edit Characteristics does anyone knows why ??

in the Hikashop Dashboard there isnt any option it is showing to me regarding Characteristics. it suddenly disappear 2 days back.. does anyone knows what happpens ??

am i the only one facing this issue or there is anyone else having the same problem ?

Can you show me some screenshots of the problem that you are having ? don't you have the "Hikashop->Products->Characteristics" menu ?
Also, can you :
- Active the joomla debug mode ("Administration->Global configuration->System->Debug System/Language")
- Set the "error reporting" option of the joomla configuration to "maximum"
- Try to do some characteristic operation and tell me if it display an error message.

hi i can use Characteristics options when i add products and can manage them in back-end and they are also functional in front-end.

the problem i am facing that i want to add some more Characteristics with more options which i cannot add.

You have a problem with your menu, you need to change the option "menu position" of the Display tab of the configuration to "above the content" as it is by default on Joomla 3.
