Installing HikaShop on top of an existing site

I have a general question about HikaShop: I have a web site that was using a custom shopping cart, which I built myself. It has been working fine for years, but I'd like to have more options, so I am planning on yanking out my cart and replacing it with a different product.
More precisely, I'd like to have new Cart and Checkout pages, but I'd like the pages that display the product to remain essentially unchanged.

I have no idea how feasible this is, as it seems most shopping cart systems are meant to be used to create a site from the ground up.
Any thoughts?

I think that this will easily be possible with hikashop, you'll just have to customize the display of your product listing show it like yours. The only thing that can be a problem is your "show songs" button, I don"t really know its purpose .

You can install HikaShop, starting with the free edition, and customize the pages as you want to have the same display than the existing one.

Then you will have to import your products, for that the best way is, I think, using the csv import method.
Create a script to export you existing products into a well formatted csv file, here is the documentation about the import:

The show songs is a little bit complex, but that can be reinstated later, or in some different way.
