[SOLVED] domain name restrictions

I have HikaShop Starter 2.2.2 installed and working on a development site, HorsemanWithin.info. However, this website will be KenMcNabb.com when we change the DNS Nameserver. I have purchased HikaShop Business 2.2.2 and at the time of purchase, I entered ' www.kenmcnabb.com ' as the site it will be installed. We would like to go ahead on the development site and install the HikeShop Business 2.2.2 so we can do all of the additional configuration before we activate the site and change the DNS Nameserver settings.

Can I install the com_hikashop_business_2.2.2_2013-11-06.tar.gz file on the development site and use 'HorsemanWithin.info' to access and configure it? If not, can I install it and use an IP address such as 174.120.118.188/~ROOTNAME to make configuration changes?

Time is critical as we need to get this done by next week! Please help.

Looking at the subscription page, the only place I see to put a URL does not have a Save, Update or Submit button. How can I change it to HorsemanWithin.info for testing and then back to KenMcNabb.com when we go live?

There is a window to put in a domain name but there is no 'submit', 'update' or 'change' button. So how is it going to know which domain the subscription is for?

I typed in the URL for both HikaShop Business and HikaShop Serial for HorsemanWithin.info and then clicked the download button. Is it inserting some type of code into the download so you know it is being installed on that domain name? If you, you need to make this 'very' clear on that page as it is confusing.
